It would be quite lengthy if we were to include everything. However, just like any good repair man, we cannot fix everything. We will then refer a qualified contractor that will be able to handle the job.

This home maintenance package is deigned with the senior citizen in mind and families that are living out of the area (for example summer homes). All estimates are free. A scheduled time will be set to determine when we can meet and review the work that needs to be performed.
Rates for Repair and Install Jobs
We will give you an honest estimate of the total costs before we begin any work. A work estimate will be drafted and sent to you for your review. This estimate may be based upon the nature of the work to be performed, materials needed as well as labor costs. Once the estimate is accepted a work proposal will be drafted, signed by both parties and a date to start the work. We try to carry what we need to complete the project, avoiding costly trips back to the hardware store.
We offer many options to what needs to be fixed, repaired or installed. For example, to fix your door we would have several options for you that may range from $50.00 to $200.00. We want to meet your expectations to ensure we are delivering exactly what you want.
Rates for Home Maintenance and Landscape Services
The individualized nature of these services do not allow us to quote a price without conducting an initial comprehensive survey. The cost of the home maintenance survey is $100.00. This survey takes about two hours to complete. Based upon this survey a monthly fee will be determined. Examples of the home maintenance service would include changing air filters, check for cracks in the foundation, check for water leaks, look for any mold accumulation, check dryer vents, ductwork, pests such as carpenter ants, etc.
The landscape service rate is determined by an initial survey of the property and work to be performed (clean-up service and/or summer maintenance).
